Founded in 2011, Blue House Bridal has become one of Indy’s favorite boutiques. Brittany, our owner, has worked to create a charming, intimate shop. Our boutique takes the utmost pride in giving our brides amazing service and attention to detail. Before you ever step foot into one of our gowns, our experienced, no-pressure staff will work with you to understand your style, budget and wedding vision. From there you will have access to all of our beautiful, designer gowns at incredible price points.

We have done our job if you leave the boutique feeling like you have found your dream dress and made some friends along the way.

 

 MEET THE FOUNDER

Brittany Overbeck

Brittany formally entered the bridal industry while in college after participating in various wedding planning internships. However, growing up, she was always passionate about wedding dresses and used to dream of becoming a designer. Brittany has owned Blue House Bridal since 2013.

Although Brittany is obsessed with the bridal industry, her favorite part of it all is working with brides. She lights up when she sees a bride on her journey to the aisle fall in love with her dream dress. Even more so, she is enamored by watching women recognizing their beauty and feeling confident in the dress of their dreams. One of her favorite experiences was working with a philanthropic bride who donated her time, energy and money to charitable organizations. She says it was an honor to give back to the bride by providing a top notch experience!

Brittany’s favorite wedding dress style is trumpet because it accents a woman’s curves. Her favorite celebrity wedding was Kate Middleton and Prince William’s and she is biased to the following celebrity gowns: Morgan Stewart’s, Lauren Luyendyk and Olivia Palermo’s. Her dream wedding location would be in Positano and envisions it full of wine and food on a boat with a gorgeous view surrounded by her favorite people. When Brittany is not working, you can likely find her doing anything adventurous including hiking, paddle boarding, workout classes or competing in a ballroom competition. She also really loves food and wine so there’s a good chance that her adventures also involve a good meal!
